Teamwork does make the dream work

We've launched our new esports kit (check it out here) in a pretty cool way if I do say so myself. This has been a week where I was constantly reminded of two things; Why do we do what we do at FUTcoaching and how important good partners are if you want to succeed.

Let's start with ''why''. I started FUTcoaching because I want to serve helping people. It's as simple as that. No matter what I do in life, I only really feel fulfilled after I was able to help someone. It's also my biggest downfall when I am unable to help someone, but let's go there another time.
And when serving people in gaming, I want to try and break some taboos concerning gaming and esport. I do not see any difference between playing guitar for their hobby or playing video games. Whatever works for you to relax, you should be able to get more out of your hobby. So no matter which level you are, we're here to help.
Concerning the esports scene; we want to help revolutionize the scene. With our data driven approach, our positive coaching attitude and with our great team we've shown we can help even the established organizations as well.

This week when we did the last of the promotional work for our new Pro Clubs Esports Team, the questions 'why' or ''what do you do'' has been a crucial part of each conversation we've had.  And guess what, even if esports or gaming isn't part of what the other organizations are doing, serving to help and our data driven approach were topics very familiar and near to heart for many.

We couldn't do this without partners and it's hard to find good partners, especially in a niche market esports currently is. However, I'm proud to have our new jersey decorated with more non-esport partners than ever.
Of course, Home of Esports is back and is going to help us promote the the new team (that awesome release video, it's all them). But it's their core business and our relationship over the past year has been nothing short of amazing.

Hotel Eva Mare from Crete joins us! Their owner is a dedicated FIFA player, supports the FUT IN REVIEW podcast and is overall a great person. And we align on serving people, really check out their website, it looks like paradise with a great service on top of that.

Last but not least, ICS Vertex joins us as our main team sponsor and they will be making sure every single player of our team gets a physical jersey send to their home to wear!  I spoke with the director, Eric Konijn and although esports has got nothing to do with their core business, the overlapping key aspects in our visions ensured we have plenty of common ground to cover together.  Our data driven approach suits their business perfectly, the way we teach gaming could maybe be used for teaching to use their software and the social aspect of inclusivity, teamwork and our push for performance fits their vision as a glove.

So with a great team of partners, based in esports and beyond, our own coaching team getting into shape, Daniel hosting the pod (and he is the voiceover in the release video) and our Pro Clubs team working hard to be ready for the upcoming season, it's pretty clear for me that teamwork, does make the dream work.

Who could have thought, that almost two years after the official start of FUTcoaching (July 26th!), I would have been saying ''we'' instead of I and the dreams I've had are slowly becoming a reality.

Go Team!

Have a great week and don't stop unlocking your potential!
